How much does it cost?
Semaglutide is $79 a month on the 12-month plan, or $119 month to month. Tirzepatide starts at $139 and the microdose plan at $114. Every price includes the prescription, the medication, supplies, shipping, your monthly check-ins and messaging with your care team. There is no membership fee, and you can cancel from your account whenever you like.

What if I am not prescribed?
You get a full refund. Nothing ships, and we keep none of your payment.
When am I charged?
You pay at checkout. If you are not prescribed, we refund the full amount. Multi-month plans are billed once, up front. The month-to-month plan renews every 28 days until you cancel from your account.
Do I need insurance?
No. Insurance is not accepted, and you do not need it. The price you see covers everything: the prescription, the medication, supplies, shipping, check-ins and messaging.
I am switching from another provider. Can I start at my current dose?
Usually, yes. Tell us your current medication and dose in the assessment, and share a recent prescription or pharmacy label. We will set your starting dose from where you are now, so you do not have to begin again at the lowest step.
How do I take it?
Every plan is a small weekly injection under the skin with a fine pen needle. Your first shipment includes the supplies and clear instructions, and your care team will walk you through your first dose.
How fast does it ship?
Your first order ships free within 2 to 3 days of your prescription, in plain packaging. Refills ship every 28 days, and we let you know when yours leaves the pharmacy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account, any time. Cancel 3 days before your next bill and you won’t be charged again. On a multi-month plan, you get your money back for months that haven’t shipped.
